Matthew Baumann, CCIM
Managing Director
Mr. Baumann is the co-founder of Crosstown Real Estate and its affiliated companies. He has spent over two decades in commercial real estate with a primary focus on the acquisition and disposition of assets in the company’s portfolio. Mr. Baumann has a proven track record of identifying, analyzing and structuring successful real estate deals for the company’s founders and investors. His reputation in the industry has earned him the privilege of representing the Chicagoland Association of Shopping Center Owners (CASCO) as its President. He also proudly serves on the Executive Board of WINGS Program, Inc, Illinois’ largest domestic violence agency.
Jonathan Janas
Managing Director
Jon has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience with an extensive background in accounting and property management. As a co-founder of Crosstown Real Estate and its affiliated companies, Mr. Janas oversees every aspect of property management for the company’s assets, including oversight of tenant improvement construction projects. He has a particular specialty in bank-owned properties and has served as a court-appointed Receiver for numerous properties across his long career.
Stuart Eng
Senior Vice President
A 20 year veteran of Chicago commercial real estate, specializes in structuring and negotiating commercial leases and assisting with the acquisition of office, industrial and retail properties for corporate and institutional owners and users. Stuart has completed a wide variety of transactions for warehousing, distribution, manufacturing and e-commerce companies. Since joining Crosstown in 2017, he has focused on clients in the non-profit, educational, medical and logistics industries.
Jackie Hugelier
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Jackie has spent over 15 years in the commercial real estate industry and serves as Crosstown’s lead operations manager. She is primarily responsible for tenant billings and collections as well as ensuring tenant satisfaction. Mrs. Hugelier also works closely with the firm’s principals on a variety of matters relating to the successful operation of the company.
Jeff Pryor
Facilities Manager
Jeff is responsible for managing our Tenant Construction and Capital Improvement work across our portfolio.
He is a proactive problem solver efficiently managing all internal and external resources to deliver optimum solutions, and to maximize client budgets. Mr. Pryor has a history of maintaining exceptional relationships with clients, consultants and contractors alike, working collaboratively to address individual needs. His background in project management, occupancy and space planning, design and construction gives him a unique perspective and makes him an invaluable Team CREA member.
