Brokerage

Our partners take on very select clients to represent their interests in the purchase or leasing of property, thus giving clients the ultimate attention to detail with the perspective and resources only an owner/landlord can provide.   Where appropriate, we outsource our property leasing to best-in-class firms that understand the importance of ensuring the right tenant mix in our properties.  We also take on leasing in-house on a very select basis where ownership attention is at an absolute premium and necessary for the long-term success of the project.

Our investment success is due in no small part to our dedicated team of in-house and onsite property managers and building engineers, ensuring optimal care and attention to our most important property assets – our tenants.
